Bishop Billy D. Shoulders is the overseer of First Apostolic Church. He served as the Senior Pastor for 45 years. He transitioned into the role of Bishop November 2003. He served as the chairman of the Associated Brotherhood of Christian and is currently the Ambassador. Bishop Shoulders was instrumental in building the Family Life Center which houses the gymnasium and educational classrooms. Bishop Shoulders is a well known man of integrity, honor and wisdom. He and his wife Mary Ann Shoulders have five children and eleven grandchildren.
